Soft Tissue & Outpatient Surgery

Outpatient surgery, home the same day.

Beyond spay and neuter, Simply Spayed offers selected soft tissue procedures for stable, healthy pets. Every case is reviewed first to confirm we're the right place for your pet.

How we decide if we're the right fit

We're a focused, outpatient surgical practice, so we take the cases we can do safely and well in a same-day setting. Before scheduling, we review your pet's history and current health to make sure surgery here is the right choice.

  • Generally stable, healthy pets suitable for outpatient surgery
  • A current rabies vaccination for all surgical patients
  • Recent medical records and any relevant lab work or imaging
  • Honest guidance when a full-service or specialty hospital is the better fit

Always reviewed case by case

No two pets are the same. Share your pet's records and we'll review them individually, talk through what surgery would involve, and give you a clear recommendation before anything is scheduled.

We'll perform additional soft tissue procedures as appropriate, each reviewed individually to make sure we're a good fit for your pet.

What surgery day looks like

1

Case review

We review your pet's records and confirm surgery here is the right fit before scheduling.

2

Check-in & pre-op

We confirm history, fasting, and medications, then complete a pre-op review before anesthesia.

3

Procedure

Focused surgical care with modern anesthesia, pain management, and recovery monitoring.

4

Same-day discharge

Your pet heads home the same day with clear, written recovery instructions.

Comfort and recovery

Even routine procedures deserve careful attention to comfort. We use evidence-based anesthesia and pain protocols designed for a calmer procedure and a smoother recovery, and we send every pet home with simple, written aftercare guidance.

A Quick Note on Fit

Making sure your pet gets the right care

As a focused surgical practice, we aren't an emergency or full-service hospital, so we don't provide urgent care, overnight monitoring, or orthopedic and advanced specialty surgery. If your pet ever needs that kind of help, we'll gladly point you toward a trusted full-service or emergency team — because what matters most is that they're well cared for.

Wondering if we can help your pet?

Send us your pet's details and records, and we'll review the case and follow up with a clear recommendation.
