Soft Tissue Surgery

Selected outpatient surgery,
executed with precision.

Beyond spay and neuter, Simply Spayed performs a defined menu of selected outpatient soft tissue procedures for dogs and cats, each reviewed individually to confirm we're the right setting for your pet.

Procedures Available

A defined menu.
A consistent standard.

Each procedure below is performed within Simply Spayed's focus as an outpatient surgery center. We review cases individually to confirm surgical fit and stability.

Pyometra Surgery

A serious uterine infection in unspayed females, treated case by case. We bring the same anesthesia planning, monitoring, and pain management to every pyometra surgery as we do to every spay.

Bladder Stone Surgery

When stones form in the bladder and cause lasting discomfort. We remove the stones, and most pets feel like themselves again within days.

Splenectomy Surgery

Removal of the spleen, performed for stable cases only. We confirm stability with pre-operative bloodwork and proceed only when your pet is a safe outpatient candidate.

Selected Foreign Body

When a curious pet swallows something they shouldn't. For stable, appropriate cases we can remove the obstruction on a planned, scheduled basis.

Mass Removals

A lump or bump under the skin that you'd rather not have there. We remove it carefully and can send the tissue to a lab for further analysis when you'd like.

Hernia Repairs

A bulge at the belly button, in the groin, or near the pelvis. Often combined with a spay or neuter, the repair is reassuringly routine once reviewed.

Amputations

When medically necessary and the right call for your pet's quality of life. We help you think it through, and if surgery is the answer, we do it carefully.

Eye Surgeries

Eye removal for comfort, eyelid corrections, and removal of small eyelid masses. Reviewed in conversation beforehand.

Cryptorchid Neuter

When one or both testicles haven't fully descended. We complete the neuter safely as an outpatient when the case allows.

Additional Soft Tissue

Other selected procedures reviewed case by case. Reach out and we'll talk through what your pet needs together.

What's not included

Honest scope,
clear boundaries.

Simply Spayed is intentionally focused. We don't try to be a full-service hospital, and that's the point. Cases that fall outside our scope are referred to the right specialty or emergency hospital, without delay.

  • Emergency surgery, referred to emergency hospitals
  • Unstable patients, referred for stabilization first
  • Orthopedic procedures, referred to surgical specialists
  • Advanced specialty surgery, referred to specialty centers
  • Overnight hospitalization, referred to full-service hospitals

Pricing and What's Included

Every procedure is priced all-in.

Every procedure at Simply Spayed is priced as one transparent figure. Pre-operative exam, anesthesia, monitoring, the surgery itself, the take-home e-collar, and post-operative pain medications are all included. The figure is confirmed in writing before the day of surgery, with no add-on fees for the essentials of a comfortable recovery.

What's included

  • Pre-operative physical examination
  • Custom anesthesia plan tailored to the patient
  • Continuous monitoring throughout the procedure
  • The procedure itself, performed in our dedicated surgical suite
  • Take-home e-collar
  • Post-operative pain medications

How pricing works

  • Final price confirmed in writing before the day of surgery
  • Soft tissue procedures are quoted after a brief consultation, once the case is understood
  • No add-on fees for standard post-operative care
