Pricing
The estimates below are tentative and for planning only. We'll always confirm a written estimate for your pet before surgery.
Our pricing is built to be straightforward. Each surgery already includes an e-collar and post-operative pain medications — no surprise add-ons for the essentials of a comfortable recovery.
These are part of the surgery fee for every patient, not optional extras.
Spay & Neuter
Dog pricing is based on weight; cat pricing is a flat rate. All prices include the e-collar and post-operative pain medications.
| Weight | Neuter | Spay |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 25 lb | $215 | $255 |
| 26–50 lb | $255 | $300 |
| 51–80 lb | $300 | $360 |
| 81–120 lb | $360 | $435 |
| Over 120 lb | Quote | Quote |
| Procedure | Price |
|---|---|
| Cat neuter (male) | $130 |
| Cat spay (female) | $170 |
Most cats are a single flat rate regardless of weight.
Spaying a pet with a pyometra (uterine infection) or an active pregnancy takes more surgical time, supplies, and care, so these cases carry an additional fee on top of the standard spay price:
| Situation | Additional fee |
|---|---|
| Pregnant spay (dog or cat) | +$75–$150 |
| Pyometra spay (dog or cat) | +$200–$450 |
The exact additional fee depends on severity and is confirmed after case review.
When one or both testicles haven't descended, the neuter takes more surgical time and access, so it carries an additional fee on top of the standard neuter price, based on where the retained testicle is located:
| Location | Additional fee |
|---|---|
| Inguinal (in the groin) | +$100–$200 |
| Abdominal (within the abdomen) | +$250–$450 |
The exact additional fee is confirmed after case review.

Additional Care Fee
This fee applies to any surgery, not just spay and neuter.
Flat-faced (brachycephalic) breeds like Bulldogs, French Bulldogs, Pugs, Boston Terriers, and Persians are wonderful companions, but their airways need a little extra attention around surgery. For any procedure they have with us, we provide closer anesthesia monitoring, extra medications to keep them comfortable and prevent nausea, and a calmer, longer recovery so they go home safely. A small additional fee covers that added care.
Confirmed based on your pet's breed and individual needs.
