Veterinary Technician (CVT)

Our veterinary technicians are the backbone of every surgery day. You'll prepare patients for surgery, induce and monitor anesthesia, assist the surgeon, and provide attentive recovery care — all with a focus on patient safety and comfort. This is a hands-on clinical role for someone who thrives in a focused surgical setting.

What you'll do

Induce, monitor, and recover patients under anesthesia
Prepare surgical patients and maintain sterile technique
Assist the surgeon during procedures
Administer medications and support pain protocols
Document care and communicate with the team

What we're looking for

Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) preferred
Experience with surgical anesthesia and monitoring
Calm, low-stress patient handling
Strong attention to detail and teamwork

Veterinary Assistant

Veterinary assistants keep surgery days running smoothly. You'll support our technicians and surgeon with patient handling, intake and discharge, cleaning, and turnover between procedures. It's a great role for someone dependable and detail-oriented who wants to grow in veterinary medicine.

What you'll do

Restrain and handle patients safely and gently
Support intake, discharge, and recovery monitoring
Clean and sterilize instruments and surfaces
Stock supplies and prepare surgical packs
Keep the surgical floor organized and on schedule

What we're looking for

Prior veterinary or animal care experience a plus
Comfortable handling dogs and cats
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Eagerness to learn and grow

Client Care / Receptionist

Our client care coordinators are the welcoming face of Simply Spayed. You'll greet families, schedule appointments, guide clients through intake and discharge instructions, and keep communication clear and friendly from the first call to follow-up.

What you'll do

Greet clients and answer calls, emails, and requests
Schedule appointments and manage the surgery calendar
Walk clients through intake and discharge paperwork
Collect payments and maintain accurate records
Provide warm, clear communication throughout

What we're looking for

Customer service or front-desk experience
Strong organization and communication skills
A friendly, calm, people-first approach
Comfort with scheduling and basic software
